Parcel Reshipping Fee – Uncollected Parcel (Parcel Locker)

This fee applies when an order originally delivered free of charge to a parcel locker is not collected within the designated collection period and is returned to us.

To arrange redelivery, an additional reshipping fee of £14.99 must be paid before the order can be dispatched again.

Please note: This fee does not apply to parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
